Time is running out to register your Dachshund to compete in our famous Dachshund race on Saturday afternoon at Jaco Pastorius Park. It is a most beloved spectacle to see these little, four-legged hounds race from one end of the track to the other, coached and cooed on by their owners and the crowd that presses against the fence to get a good view and not to miss a thing.

And yes, the Oompah bands are back both days, so bring your dance shoes.
New this year, Oktoberfest offers more FREE PARKING. That's right. We are still offering onsite parking at the entrance to the event for $10, but all other lots are free, and a FREE Shuttle will take you to the park if you don't want to walk.
