Mark Budwig

Owner and president of S.MARK Graphics Florida, Inc. since its founding in 1984, the boutique agency designs marketing materials for print, electronic and advertising media. Budwig is responsible for new business development, maintaining client relationships and developing project concepts. S.MARK works with a wide range of businesses on a project-to-project basis. Budwig is Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors of Oakland Park Main Street. He is Past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of Leadership Fort Lauderdale. Budwig is Chair of the Board of Riverwalk Trust in Fort Lauderdale. He also is immediate past chair of the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Economic Development Advisory Board. He is Chair of the Board of Directors of Broward House. Residing in Fort Lauderdale with his partner of 29 years, Mark enjoys many friendships and family as well as maintaining his home. He is also a collector of contemporary art and Coca-cola memorabilia.

Jason R Hagopian, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB

With a Bachelor of Architecture degree and a Bachelor of Building Sciences degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s School of Architecture, Jason started his career in San Francisco where he worked for several years in leading architectural and design firms specializing in corporate, commercial and educational work. Jason spent six years at TSAO Design Group as a Project Manager and then Associate and was responsible for managing several large national corporate and retail accounts including Best Buy, Charles Schwab and Artisan Partners International. It was under his design and project management direction that Best Buy won the Store of the Year award in 2000 for its unique urban installation in the South of Market neighborhood of San Francisco.
 
In 2002, Jason opened TSAO Design Group's office in Miami – which has made a name for itself in Southern Florida and grown steadily, attracting new and interesting clients and a talented staff of architects and designers. Jason’s integrity and dedication to design-sensitive architectural solutions are exhibited through his successful projects for Citibank, Charles Schwab, Miami Dade County Airport and a number of private residential clients in the Miami area. In addition to his commitment to managing a busy architectural and interior design practice, Jason makes time to contribute to a number of philanthropic ventures including Petchitecture for PAWS (Pets Are Wonderful Suport), The Lois Pope LIFE Foundation, Miami Gay and Lesbian Film Festival, FIU, Voices for Children, and Boys & Girls Clubs of America. He also serves on the Miami Beach Design Review Board and is active with the Greater Miami and the Beaches Hotel Association and the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Tim Hart

Mr. Hart has over thirty years of vast accounting and finance experience to include 10 years with KPMG, one the worlds largest international public accounting firms. Most recently, Mr. Hart expanded his private practice to form R3 Accounting LLC. Mr. Hart has extensive experience dealing with SEC and other regulatory matters, such as initial and secondary public offerings, private placements, formulating responses to various SEC inquiries, compliance with SEC reporting requirements (Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K), dealing with banks, private investors and investment bankers in obtaining debt and/or equity financing, and appearing before the IRS representing clients on IRS audits. He also has widespread experience with mergers and acquisitions, including transactional documentation. back and front office systems implementations for small to medium sized businesses, business consulting with small public and private companies and their executives and various other accounting, finance and tax services. Mr. Hart holds a bachelors degree in Accountancy, Economics and Business Administration from Thomas More College, and has been a certified public accountant since 1984. He is also Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce for Oakland Park/Wilton Manor.

Patricia Montalbano

Patricia Montalbano is the owner and broker of Montalbano Commercial Realty, Inc. since its inception fifteen years ago. Montalbano Commercial Realty specializes in the sale of large industrial properties and leasing of commercial properties. As a full Service Brokerage, we offer Real Estate Brokerage Services to Developers, Property Owners, and Local Business owners. Our Services include Sales, Leasing, Tenant Representation, Property Management, Development Investment Analysis, Construction Supervision, and much more. Our firm represents some of the largest and most influential Developers in Broward County, as well as local Family Trusts and Individual Owners. In 2008, Montalbano Commercial Realty was presented The Power Broker Award by CoStar Group for Broward County’s top brokerage firms.

In addition to owning her own Commercial Real Estate company, Patricia is very active in her work and home community. Before becoming a realtor, she served on the Children’s Home Society Board. Patricia serves on the Town of Davie Economic Development Board for the past five years and recently served on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries. She was the President of the Harbor Beach Homeowners Group and served on the Orleans Chateau Condo Association Board.

Patricia Montalbano has lived in the Fort Lauderdale area her entire life and was part of the first graduating class from Stranahan High School. Patricia later attended Uppsala College in New Jersey where she received a Liberal Arts Degree. After raising her two sons, Patricia entered the commercial real estate market and has been growing a successful brokerage for the past 15 years along with her two sons who work in the family business as well.

Residing in Fort Lauderdale with her husband, she enjoys many friendships and close family. She is an avid reader and enjoys traveling with her husband.

Bill Savarese

After completing his BFA at the University of Denver and the Danish International University, Bill Savarese remained in Denmark and worked in animated film for 10 years. He supplemented this work with free-lance illustration and graphic projects. After winning a national competition in 1989 to paint his first large mural (124'X25'), he went on to complete several large exterior murals and co-founded 'Wall Street Art', a group of artists which were ultimately funded by the European Union to beautify Copenhagen in 1996. Together with the Storm P. Museum, Bill was commissioned to reproduce 2 small watercolors by the famous artist on the exterior of two 5 story buildings.

In 1996, Bill and his wife and two children moved to Ft Lauderdale. He has continued doing residential and commercial murals. His client list includes the Fountainebleau Resort, American Diving Headquarters, Landmark Condominiums just to name a few.
